Refund policy

Every Dear Little Me book is custom-made from your child's own work, so our refund policy works a little differently.

Before pickup: cancel any time before we collect your child's work for a full refund.
Once design has started: because each book is one of a kind, we can't offer refunds.
Damaged or faulty books: if your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, tell us within 7 days with photos and we'll collect the damaged book and reprint it free of charge.

Whatever happens, every original page you send us is always returned to you, unless states otherwise by you on email.
